Incorporated: 1981
Business: Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) and Self-Supported Roofing solutions. Design, engineering, manufacturing, and installation for high-performance steel structures.
Divisions:
Phenix Division: Design, engineering, manufacturing, and production of PEBs using advanced technology.
Proflex Division: Self-supported steel roofing, manufacturing and installation at customer sites using mobile units.
Facilities: Sanand (Gujarat, since 2008) and Cheyyar (Tamil Nadu, since 2024), PEB capacity: 103,800 MTPA.
Exports: PEBs and structural steel to 22 countries (e.g., USA, Brazil, South Africa, Qatar, Sri Lanka, Morocco, Nigeria, Kenya, Seychelles).
Projects: Over 9,500 executed until FY25.
