Icodex Publishing Solutions IPO Opens Today: ₹42.03 Crore SME IPO with Price Band ₹98–₹102

The Icodex Publishing Solutions IPO opened on August 13, 2025. This ₹42.03 crore SME IPO is listed on the BSE SME platform with a price band of ₹98 to ₹102 per share.

The issue includes a fresh equity offering of 33.96 lakh shares totaling ₹34.64 crore and an Offer for Sale (OFS) of 7.25 lakh shares worth ₹7.39 crore by existing shareholders.

Retail investors must apply for a minimum of 2 lots (2,400 shares), which equates to approximately ₹2,35,200 at the cutoff price. High Net-worth Investors (HNIs) require a minimum of 3 lots (3,600 shares).

Funds raised will primarily be used for working capital, purchasing hardware and office premises, and general corporate purposes.

The subscription window will close on August 15, 2025, with the basis of allotment expected to be finalized on August 14. Refunds and share credits will be processed by August 18.

Shares are scheduled to list on the BSE SME segment on August 19, 2025.
